How long will my order take to reach me?
We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of your order, counting business days only. After dispatch, delivery is usually 3–5 business days to metro cities, 5–7 days to the rest of India, and 7–10 days to remote pincodes.
You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS and email as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not moved for more than 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders — enter your pincode at checkout to see whether COD is offered for your address. You will be asked to confirm your mobile number with an OTP before a COD order is placed; it takes a few seconds and it protects both of us from fake orders.
You can also pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout.

Two ways, and both are fine.
By rashi — if you know your moon sign, use the Shop by Rashi section on our homepage and pick from your sign’s collection. In Vedic tradition the moon sign (janma rashi) is used rather than the sun sign, so if you only know your sun sign the two may differ.
By intention — many people simply choose what they want to hold in mind: prosperity, protection, calm, focus, or confidence. Our Shop by Purpose section is organised exactly that way.
If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your date of birth and we will point you to a few options. We will suggest, not prescribe — the choice is yours.

How do I look after a rudraksha bracelet?
Rudraksha is a natural seed, so it responds to how you treat it.
Keep it dry. Take it off before bathing, swimming or a long spell in the rain. Occasional water will not ruin it, but repeated soaking makes the seed swell and can crack it over time.
Keep it away from chemicals. Perfume, deodorant, sanitiser, soap and hair products all dull the surface. Put your bracelet on last, after you are dressed.
Oil it now and then. Traditionally, a drop of mustard or sesame oil rubbed in every few weeks keeps the beads dark and stops them drying out. Wipe off the excess.
Our stone bracelets and anklets need less care, but the same rule applies — take them off before a shower, and keep them away from perfume.
