At Shri Sewa Store, every order is prepared with care — cleansed, energised with Vedic mantras, and sealed before dispatch. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (business days).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp/SMS and email.

Delivery Timelines

Timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festival rush.

Order Tracking

• Track your order anytime using the link sent after dispatch.
• If your tracking hasn't updated for 48+ hours, message us on WhatsApp  — we'll follow up with the courier for you.

Delays & Failed Delivery

• If delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will retry [2–3] times.
• Please keep your phone reachable — couriers call before delivery.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch. [Re-shipping charges may apply.]

Damaged or Wrong Product

• Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package — this is required for any damage or wrong-item claim.
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 87964 63710 with the video, and we'll arrange a replacement.

A Note on Your Order

Every product is energised and sealed before dispatch. If your outer packaging looks tampered with on arrival, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
